Yes, Hypnosis can be effective through the phone as it is one on one session. The session is conducted as it's a office visit all that is needed is a speaker phone or headphones in the comfort of your own home. Phone Hypnosis sessions are $150.00

Hypnosis Sessions...

Hypnosis session are about 1-1.5 hours per sessions, with each weight loss session one of Pattie's customized CDs will be given to enhance the session at home a $75.00 value free at the initial visit. It takes about 21 days to break a habit or a repetitive program that your mind keeps doing and weight loss falls in that catagory. That's why Pattie's CDs are very valuable for you to follow the instructions in order to be effective.

Weight Loss Program includes 1 to 3 sessions with CD depending on the client. The pounds needed to lose and the duration should be 5-7 days in between each session.

Stop Smoking Program includes 1-2 sessions with CD Two sessions are for those wanting help to continue the success after the first session.
